1. Activity title should be exactly as it is on the Professional Development page.
2. Activity length (credit hours) cannot exceed 6 hours per day.
3. Is a car required? Place your request in the "briefly describe activity" box.
4. Description and request must be tied to your school improvement plan.
5. Substitute Pay is $90.00 for Certified and $69.00 for Non-Certified Substitute Teachers.
6. Stipend amounts should be placed in the Misc. box.
7. Monetary amounts should equal what will be on your reimbursement form.
8. Print a the SEA form once it has been approved (Finance needs both pages).
9. You will receive a SEA system survey via email upon completion of requested activity. This survey must be completed before reimbursement will be administered.
Suggestion: Fill in your reimbursement form as you fill in your SEA request. You will then have everything ready to submit when you return from your activity with your receipts.
