Welcome to Mrs. Engert's 2nd grade class!  I am very excited about this school year!  We are going to learn many interesting things!  My name is Amber Engert.  This is my seventh year teaching 2nd grade at East Franklin School.  I have lived in Franklin all my life.  I have always loved working with children, and decided I wanted to be a teacher at a very young age.  I graduated from Franklin High School in 1999.  I then attended Western Carolina University where I graduated in 2004.  I began teaching at East Franklin the following year and have been here ever since!  I believe that East Franklin is an amazing place to learn!
