WELCOME!

     My name is Henrietta Haithcock.  My alma maters are: Peace College, E.C.U., and UNC-G.  My educational status includes:  B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences and M.Ed., with 24 years of teaching experience.

     I teach the following classes:  Teen Living , Foods I Fundamentals and Foods II Advanced.  The Teen Living class develops life management skills; Foods I examines the nutritional needs of individuals and basic food preparation / management skills; and Foods II students experience advanced food preparation techniques and kitchen experiments.
