8th Grade Mathematics
Hello Everyone! I am elated to be part of the team here at Macon Middle School. I graduated from Brenau Univeristy in Gainesville, Georgia with a Bachelors of Science in Middle Grade education for math and english. This is my second year teaching in North Carolina, and I am thrilled to be here!!
I was born and raised in Rabun County, Georgia. I returned to Rabun County after college and met and married Tom Fisher. He is from Florida and owns his own computer repair business. We have four children: Peyton, Willow, Jalyn & Jaxon. We are also blessed to have a chocolate lab named Coco.
I am here to help my eighth grade students learn math concepts as well as develop/foster a love of learning. This year is going to be an exciting year as we grow mathematically and prepare for the next step in their educational journey: high school!
