MVI PBIS School-wide Behavior Plan 

 All teachers/staff at MVI will have the same behavior management plan. Our plan is based on our acronym “Eagles SOAR”. 

S = Safe (running in hall, hitting, etc.)

O = Organized (H.W., pencil, agenda)

A = Active (on task behavior)

R= Respectful (talking back, destroying supplies, etc.)
