Registration for the 2025-2026 Macon Edventure Afterschool Program (formerly VIP)
Infinite Campus Registration Information
This year, guardians must register their student(s) using the Infinite Campus program. For assistance with this program, please contact your child's school. There is a click box for after-school care. After selecting after-school care, you will be directed to the after-school care paperwork in Infinite Campus. Once paperwork has been submitted, you will be on the waiting list for after-school care. We will notify families before the school year begins if their child has been accepted.
If you have already selected after-school care, you will receive an email in early August with additional paperwork you will need to submit through the Infinite Campus portal. You should receive an email or an Infinite Campus message that additional paperwork is ready for you to complete.
Child Care Subsidy
Child Care Subsidy provides financial assistance for child care to eligible families to help maintain full-time employment. Payment depends on family income, number in the household, and hours of service for a licensed daycare facility.
