Literacy Week is this week, March 25th-28th. Please come and enjoy your child's event during the day. We will also have a dress-up week to celebrate reading and their hard work.
Picture Day is tomorrow, March 21st.
Individual spring pictures as well as class pictures will be taken. Class pictures must be pre-ordered by tomorrow morning and the cost is $10.
Book Fair Family Night is Tuesday, March 19th, from 3:30 pm -6:00 pm. Come on out and shop for books as a family tomorrow after school!

Tomorrow, March 12th @ 5:30 in the art room we will be having our monthly PTO meeting. We will also stream the meeting online if you would like to join virtually. We hope to see you there!
The strawberries ordered from the PTO fundraiser will be delivered and ready to pickup on Thursday morning, March 14th at East Franklin.
Friday, March 8, 2024 is a teacher workday. It is the end of the third quarter grading period. Report cards will go home on March 13th. Students will return to school on Monday, March 11, 2024. Enjoy the long weekend EFS families!

Macon County Schools is holding a series of facilitated focus groups to get student, educator, and community input as part of our process to develop and refine the district’s strategic plan. All members of our local community, including parents, business owners, and other stakeholders of Macon County Schools are invited to be attend. The Community Focus Group for Franklin area schools is tomorrow evening at Franklin High School from 5:30-7:00PM.
